Goldmine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Instagram, Facebook, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. Goldmine will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Instagram.

We require your Instagram credentials to run our service, as access to your Instagram API is necessary to deliver our services. By using your API, we target your specific audience to drive traffic to your account. This is a legitimate marketing method designed to increase your exposure and following with real organic users. However, the expected number of followers, likes, and comments is not guaranteed, as it depends on the quality and appeal of your content.

Images liked by Goldmine or related services are chosen based on hashtags and relatable accounts. We cannot guarantee that photos liked will always be appropriate (e.g., photos containing nudity under hashtags like #fitness or #nutrition).

3. Payments and Billing

By purchasing our services, you confirm that you understand what you are purchasing and agree not to file fraudulent disputes through PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, or similar platforms.

Recurring payments will automatically renew for the same amount and term unless you cancel or notify us of cancellation at least three (3) business days prior to your renewal date.

Services will not commence until payment is successfully received. If you fail to respond within one (1) week regarding payment-related issues, you forfeit any chance of a refund for that month's payment. Instead, the amount will be applied as "time" for service rendered.

4. Registration

To use Goldmine's services, we require your Instagram username and password. By subscribing, you agree to complete the full term of your selected package. If no notice is given, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term.

To cancel, you must notify support and allow 24 hours for processing. By registering or accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any programming, text, images, or other content from Goldmine's website without express written consent from a representative.

6. Reviews and Public Usage

If asked for a review, Goldmine reserves the right to use it publicly on forums, websites, or promotional materials unless specifically asked to keep it confidential. Requests for review removal will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt.

7. Liabilities

You are solely responsible for complying with Instagram and Facebook's terms of use and guidelines. Goldmine is not liable for any actions taken by these platforms, including account bans, locks, or suspensions.

Goldmine does not guarantee:

- The number of followers you will gain.

- That followers will be real individuals.

- Continuous or permanent connection to Instagram's API.

Use of our service is at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify Goldmine for any consequences resulting from its use.

8. Disclaimers and Indemnification

a. Disclaimers:

Goldmine provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, website downtime, or email communication issues.

We prohibit the use of our services for illegal purposes, including spam or unsolicited communications. Violators may face legal consequences.

b. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goldmine, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to Terms

Goldmine reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to The Site. Continued use of The Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not issued due to the nature of our services. However, exceptions may be made.

Goldmine offers a free three (3) day trial period. After this trial, you agree to pay for 30 days of service if you continue using our platform. If Goldmine ceases operations, refunds are not guaranteed.

11. Privacy Policy

Goldmine prioritizes your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely to deliver services and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Data transmission over the internet, including emails, is not completely secure, and Goldmine cannot guarantee confidentiality.
